Where will my chauffeur meet me from the flight?

As part of our airport transfer service the chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals terminal just as you come through. He will have your name on a board, so you should be able to identify him right away.

What if my flight is delayed?

All flight arrival times are checked before the stork holidays car is sent to collect you, so if there is a delay you will not incur a charge for waiting time.

What if I need a car whilst I am in Turkey?

Just simply fill in the booking form with your pick up address and destination details and we will E-Mail you back with a quote and confirmation.

What if I have a lot of luggage?

It's not a problem just fill in the relevant section of the booking form and we will send a larger vehicle to meet you. Such as a Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Volt.

How do I pay for the transport?

At the time of booking your stork holidays transfer service with us we will need a credit card number to guarantee your reservation, which can also be accepted for payment. However if you prefer to pay in cash.We have CASH ON ARRIVAL system. You may directly pay to our driver.

I am travelling with young Children do you do seats for them?

Yes we do If you request child seats when you book we carry three sizes 0-2yrs 2-4yrs and booster cushions for 5-7yrs there is no extra charge for this.

Your prices seem to be too good to be true why is this?

We are a specialist airport transfer company unlike many of our competitors we dont hide anything away and we give you all the bad news up front so if you look at our competitors closely you will see that they hide things like "meet-N-greet" charges away in the small print also unlike licenced Taxi's PRIVATE HIRE vehicles dont have enormous overheads so we can undercut the price of any Taxi firm.

What if I fail to meet my driver at the arrivals gate?

Sometimes weather/traffic problems can delay a driver Or it may be that the car parks are full and we cant get parked with all of our booking confirmations you are given a telephone number PLEASE bring this with you its the ONLY way you have of contacting us from the airport.

How will the driver know what time to get to the airport?

All incoming flights are Monitored for arrival times via screens in our office we despatch your driver to arrive at the airport at about the same time as your flight lands.

I have lost my luggage , can you collect it for me later ?

All the airlines have handling agents . They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address ..

how do you confirme my resort pick - up time?

If you are travelling in Turkey and have entered your mobile number when you made the reservation . Stork Holidays will send you an SMS with your pick - up details , normally 2 days before departure .

Can I have the driver's mobile number ?

No. If you have any problems contact our central reservation numbers .

How long is the journey to the resort ?

Approximate transfer times are given with price enquiries . On peak days and when the road conditions are poor , these time can vary .

Do I have a share a vehicle with other people ?

No, All our transfer bookings are private . The vehicles are just for you .
